We agree the homepage, service pages, work and contact sections. The form connects to the chosen enquiry channel. An estimate needs the service list, materials, languages and access to an existing site if it is being updated.

What the estimate covers
Pages or workflows, content preparation, integrations and validation. The proposal records deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
Separate costs
Domain registration, hosting, CRM subscriptions, external services and AI usage are separate unless explicitly included in the proposal. You retain the accounts and access.
Timing and changes
We agree a schedule after reviewing materials and access. Additional pages, features or integrations are estimated separately before implementation.
After launch
I hand over source files, access and instructions. We agree support, updates and further changes separately, including scope, communication and cost.

Can we start without a technical brief?
Yes. Just tell me about your business, your customers and what the website should achieve. We'll define the scope together after we talk.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. First I'll look at how it's built and what access and limits there are, then suggest whether to improve the current site or build a new foundation.
Will the site be top of Google straight away?
Rankings depend on competition, content and promotion. During development I build in the technical groundwork for search: speed, page structure, meta tags and structured data.
What determines the cost?
