03 Service

Automation
of business processes, end to end.

When the same data is copied from a form to a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet to a CRM and then forwarded to a chat, that whole route can be handed to a system.

  • Enquiry handling
  • Reports and documents
  • Data exchange

When it helps

Cut out the manual work between your tools.

We start with one process that repeats day after day. We describe where the data comes from, the rules for handling it and what the result should be. The team has to understand the automation: who owns each step, where to see the result and what to do if something goes wrong.

  1. 01

Your team regularly copies data between tools.

  2. 02

Enquiries get lost between forms, chats and spreadsheets.

  3. 03

Reports have to be assembled manually from several sources.

How the work goes

Four steps
from brief to launch.

  1. 01

    Process review

We describe how the work is done today: where data comes from and who does what with it.

  2. 02

    Rules and exceptions

We record the inputs, the expected result, possible errors and what each person needs to see.

  3. 03

    Workflow development

I set up integrations, checks and notifications. We test on real data samples.

  4. 04

    Launch and monitoring

We switch the automation on for live work and watch for errors. I hand over the documentation.

What's included

What the work
consists of.

01

Process review

I find the repetitive steps and choose what to automate first so the impact is visible right away.

02

A working workflow

Receiving data, checking and transforming it, and passing the result to the right tool.

03

Monitoring

Retries, a log and alerts — so no failure goes unnoticed.

What you get

  • Process map: how it works now and how it will work
  • Processing rules and exceptions
  • Configured workflows
  • Testing on real data samples
  • Failure alerts
  • Documentation and access

We'll confirm the exact scope after discussing your project.

Example: a recurring order summary

We define the order source, calculations and delivery channel. Checks cover time zone, statuses, returns and duplicate records. Refresh frequency reflects API limits and your workflow.

  • Failure handling includes saved data, retries and an alert.

Before we start

A clear scope.
Clear terms.

What the estimate covers

Pages or workflows, content preparation, integrations and validation. The proposal records deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.

Separate costs

Domain registration, hosting, CRM subscriptions, external services and AI usage are separate unless explicitly included in the proposal. You retain the accounts and access.

Timing and changes

We agree a schedule after reviewing materials and access. Additional pages, features or integrations are estimated separately before implementation.

After launch

I hand over source files, access and instructions. We agree support, updates and further changes separately, including scope, communication and cost.

Need something beyond the services listed here? Let’s discuss custom features, integrations, website improvements or process automation. Describe your current setup and desired outcome. I will assess feasibility, clarify constraints and propose the work, with scope, timeline and cost agreed before development.

Project estimate

What affects
timeline and cost.

I give an estimate of timeline and cost after reviewing the task, before any work starts.

The details

Questions
about this service.

Can we automate everything at once?

It's better to start with one process. Once it's running and the result is visible, we extend the solution to related tasks.

Will we need a different CRM?

Usually not. Automation connects the tools you already use — what's possible depends on their APIs and plans.

What if a service is temporarily unavailable?

No data is lost: the workflow stores it, retries and alerts the person responsible if the outage drags on.

How do we measure the effect?

Before launch we record how long the process takes and how many errors it has. After launch we compare the same figures in day-to-day work.
