What the website saves
When you submit a form or message, the site saves the name, contact details, project description and service you provide, along with the time of your enquiry. Messages are saved so the developer can continue the conversation with context.
Why this is needed
To review your project, reply to your enquiry and discuss the work. Enquiry data is not sold or used for marketing mailings.
Where enquiries are processed
Enquiries are stored on the project's server. Access to the inbox requires authentication. To notify the developer and handle replies, your name, contact details and message may be sent through n8n to a private Telegram work chat. These services process data under their own terms. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or other people's confidential documents through the public form.
Phone and Viber
If you call or message on Viber, your phone number and conversation are processed by your phone carrier and Viber under their own terms. This data is not stored on the website and is used only to reply to your enquiry.
How to correct or delete your data
Send a request using the contact form, including your contact details or enquiry reference. Before a correction or deletion, you will need to confirm that the request concerns your own data.
Technical data
Messaging uses a technical conversation identifier and the inbox uses an authentication session. Request rate limits protect the site from abuse. Statistics and attribution are described below.
Retention period
Inactive enquiries and conversations are automatically deleted 180 days after the last update. If a project begins, retention terms for project materials are agreed separately.
Enquiry sources and statistics
The site counts page views, phone, Viber and chat clicks, and successfully saved enquiries. Statistics store daily totals, page paths without arbitrary query parameters and campaign tags; they do not store names, contact details, message content or IP addresses. Attribution tags may be stored with the enquiry form. The current tab’s sessionStorage retains attribution between pages and is cleared when the tab closes. Aggregate statistics are retained for up to 180 days. Cloudflare also processes technical loading metrics through Web Analytics.
